Words can often help us find (and remember) our way…
Join me for my signature North Star writing process in which we will generate manifestos that speak to the heart of our work. Your North Star Statement can serve as a vibrant internal compass, a galvanizing manifesto; it can inform (or become) your mission statement, or be showcased on your website or social media.
This process is simple yet profoundly impactful, and it has catalyzed so much clarity, inspiration, and creative use for my clients over the years.

IN PERSON :: A deeply nourishing half-day retreat.
Circle up for a spacious afternoon of ritual and reflection as we put words to the heart of your work. We’ll gather with our journals and steaming mugs of tea, deepen into guided creative writing, and see what wisdom wants to emerge.
We’ll share in a potent writing process, heartening conversation with like-hearted huemxns, and opportunities for quiet contemplation, joyous dance breaks, and gentle rituals of letting go and welcoming in. We’ll honor the liminal, wintering season with space for cat naps, nourishing snacks and abundant tea, and likely the cozy magic of an outdoor fire!
My hope is that we each leave feeling restored, connected, and uplifted — and with a tangible creative compass you can turn to again and again in the coming months.
